STB Scheme

At Skyber Digital, we provide Set-Top Boxes (STBs) under a transparent pricing and warranty policy, in full compliance with TRAI regulations.

(All prices are exclusive of taxes, as applicable)

Warranty period for New STBs is 12 months from the date of Purchases.
No repair or maintenance charges apply during the warranty period, provided the STB is used in normal working conditions and not tampered with.
During the warranty period, the STB will be repaired or replaced within 24 hours of complaint receipt.
Post-warranty repairs will be carried out on a chargeable basis as per actual costs.
Replacement or repair of accessories (remote, adopter, etc.) will be chargeable at actual prices as declared by the company.
Refurbished STB. Remote and adopter are no Warranty.

Skyber Digital reserves the right to withdraw or replace this scheme at its sole discretion, in compliance with TRAI regulations.
